Amy Tanner Thiriot

Amy Tanner Thiriot is the author of Slavery in Zion: A Documentary and Genealogical History of Black Lives and Black Servitude in Utah Territory, 1847–1862 (forthcoming, University of Utah Press). She is an adjunct instructor in the BYU-Idaho Family History Research program and a graduate student in Family and Local History at the University of Dundee.
